When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday - Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States). Any order place after 1P.M. EST may be processed the following business day (order past 1P.M EST on Friday will ship the following Monday). If we experience higher order volume, there may be a delay in shipment.
Please get in touch before placing your order if you are on a specific timeline and we will do our best to accommodate!
How can I track my order?
We typically ship via USPS, and you will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation.
USPS First Class takes 2-5 business days to delivery across most of the Unites States. Please note that this estimate is from our ship date, NOT from the time you place your order.
If your tracking information may show that your package has been delivered but you still haven't received it, please allow an extra 2 days for the product to arrive.
Please note that once the order shipped, the shipping process is not under our control so please be patient and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
What happened if my package is lost?
All of our orders include a tracking number from the shipping carrier.
Although the shipping process is not under our control, please contact us asap at email@example.com so we will work with you and the shipping carrier to find a solution.
Policy and Terms
The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from NEEWIN, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
