WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For a return, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must include any original packaging; and has not been worn, used, washed or modified, with all original tags attached. (i.e., your item must be in the same condition that you received it). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For goods that are still in stock on our site and not marked "sale", we can offer returns and exchanges but are not responsible for return shipping & handling fees.
Any original, related shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for new shipping costs for exchanges.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If you would like to schedule a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number & information. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method less shipping charges in the original payment method.
Please include your name and order number with your return package.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items have any signs of wear, wash, alterations, misuse, or damage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For your own protection, we recommend that you package and label your items appropriately to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gift Cards, Intimates, Swim, Sale items, Shipping upgrades or custom-made order are all NON-refundable.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All orders may be canceled before item has shipped.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
All items are thoroughly inspected before being shipped to ensure a high level of quality.
However, if your order arrives damages, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help correct the problem with proof of damage. We can only process returns and exchanges on original unworn, unwashed merchandise.
