1. WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED?
Our studio is located on West Orem Street, Houston, TX 77047 and is a private studio, where we do fittings or consultations services by appointments. The full address will be shared after your appointment confirmation.
2. CAN I DO WALKS-IN OR DO I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, you require to make an appointment with us. Simply send us your name, phone number and services you want to have to firstname.lastname@example.org or text (281) 748 - 2327
3. CAN I BRING A FRIEND WITH ME?
Yes, you can. Please be mindful that we do have a limited capacity of guests inside the studio for each appointment. So if you schedule a fitting for yourself, a maximum number of people you can bring with is two.
4. CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A GROUP OF BRIDESMAIDS?
Yes, you can. Please provide us the number of bridesmaids will attend to the fitting when booking.
When you book a same day fitting for 4 bridesmaids and more to have their dresses alteration, we offer a discount 10% off on the total amount. Discount does not apply for same day or next day service.
5. DO YOU PROVIDE SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY ALTERATIONS?
Yes, we do. However it depends on our available schedule and the amount of projects we are having. Therefore, we encourage to have your garments alternated as soon as possible.
6. DO I NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
No, you don't need to. After the fitting is done, you pay for the total amount of services needed (examples: basic pants hem $10 plus tax) and come back to pick them up as scheduled time.
7. WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the majority of credit, debit cards along with cash, Zelle and Venmo.
