1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
After the label created, you will receive an email with a tracking number of your order. And then you can track it on the USPS website.
2. HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
We are currently offer Free Domestic Shipping ( within the United States ) with order over $49. Or you can pay a flat rate shipping fee, which is $5 for order under $49.
3. CAN I PURCHASE OUTSIDE USA/CANADA?
Unfortunately no! Due to the COVID - 19, we don’t offer international shipping so if you are outside the US, you will not be able to purchase from us.

4. WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED?
We are an E-Commerce brand based in Houston, Texas and we don’t have a front-store/ physical store at the moment.
5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Order will be accepted as returns or exchange up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

Returned product(s) are unused, and in original condition - complete with original documents and packaging.
